LoveScope offers premium features and auto-renewable subscriptions. All financial transactions are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

We do not collect or store your billing information or credit card details. We only receive confirmation of the purchase status (receipt) from the respective app store to provide you with the premium services. Subscriptions are managed by the user within their device's account settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Create and manage your account
• Generate relationship insights and reports
• Display quiz results to you
• Provide customer support

4. AI Processing

LoveScope uses OpenAI to process inputs and generate responses.

Your data is not used to train or improve AI models.

Inputs are processed securely and transiently for response generation only.

5. Data Storage & Retention

Chat-style interactions are not stored.

Quiz and report data is retained only while your account is active.

Upon deletion request, data is deleted immediately.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except:

• AI processing via OpenAI (strictly for functionality)
• Legal compliance if required by law

7. Children & Minors

The App allows minors to use the service.

We do not knowingly collect unnecessary personal data from children.

Parents or guardians may request data deletion at any time.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of data sharing (not applicable as we do not sell data)

9. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their LoveScope account and all associated personal data at any time.

To request account deletion, users must email support@lovescope.app from their registered email address with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Upon verification, we will permanently delete:

• User account information
• Email address
• Profile photo
• Quiz responses
• AI-generated analysis reports

All associated data is deleted immediately after account deletion, except where retention is required by law.

10. Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be effective upon posting in the App.
