Subscription Details

• Auto-Renewal: Premium and Premium+ subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Management: You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
• Cancellation: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the active billing cycle. Unless required by applicable law, refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.
• Price Changes: Subscription fees may be updated from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply only to future billing cycles in accordance with applicable platform requirements.

Payment Processing

All subscription payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. LoveScope does not collect, process, or store your credit card or other payment information. All payment transactions are subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the respective platform providers.

In-App Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your LoveScope account directly through the App by navigating to the account or settings section and selecting the account deletion option. You may be required to confirm your request before deletion is initiated.

Web-Based Account Deletion

To request account deletion, users must email support@lovescope.app from their registered email address with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Upon verification, we will permanently delete:

• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Profile photo

All associated data is deleted immediately after account deletion, except where retention is required by law.
