4. User Accounts

An account is required to use the App (including the free plan). Accounts may be created using an email address or a mobile phone number.

If you register using your mobile phone number, you agree to:

• Provide a valid phone number that you own or are authorized to use
• Complete SMS-based verification (one-time password authentication)
• Keep your contact information accurate and up to date

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and verification codes.

5. SMS & Mobile Communications

By registering with your mobile phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from LoveScope for account verification, authentication, security alerts, and account-related communications.

These messages:

• Are strictly transactional (not marketing unless separately consented to)
• May be delivered via third-party SMS providers (such as Twilio)
• May be subject to standard carrier messaging and data rates

You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

You may discontinue SMS communications by discontinuing use of phone-based login or requesting account deletion.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

LoveScope offers both Free and Pro (Paid) subscription plans.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the App or AI systems
• Upload or use content that is abusive, offensive, misleading, or harmful
• Misrepresent your identity or intentions

8. User Content

Users may upload photos and provide quiz responses.

Chat-like interactions are processed in real time and not stored.

Quiz responses are visible to users for viewing purposes only.

You retain ownership of your content but grant LoveScope a limited license to process it solely to provide App functionality.

9. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate insights and evaluations.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or subjective.

You acknowledge that AI responses are not guaranteed to be correct and should be interpreted cautiously.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Remove content
• Restrict access

at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or misuse of the App.

We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with invalid, fraudulent, or unauthorized phone numbers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• LoveScope is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Indy LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
• Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
