These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LoveScope: Connection Decoder (“LoveScope”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), owned and operated by Indy LLC.

By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The App is available to users of all ages, including minors.

If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

3. Purpose of the App

LoveScope provides AI-powered dating and relationship guidance, quizzes, and insights for informational and entertainment purposes only.

LoveScope does not provide professional, psychological, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice.

Any insights, evaluations, or reports generated by the App should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment or services.

4. User Accounts

An account is required to use the App (including the free plan).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to share your account or misuse the App.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

LoveScope offers both Free and Pro (Paid) subscription plans.

Pro Subscription

Price: $9.99/month or $99/year (pricing may vary by region)

Payments are processed exclusively via:

  • Apple In-App Purchases
  • Google Play Billing

Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple or Google account settings.

LoveScope does not directly manage billing or refunds.

Refunds

Refunds are governed strictly by Apple App Store and Google Play Store refund policies.

LoveScope cannot issue refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the App or AI systems
  • Upload or use content that is abusive, offensive, misleading, or harmful
  • Misrepresent your identity or intentions

7. User Content

Users may upload photos and provide quiz responses.

Chat-like interactions are processed in real time and not stored.

Quiz responses are visible to users for viewing purposes only.

You retain ownership of your content but grant LoveScope a limited license to process it solely to provide App functionality.

8. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate insights and evaluations.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or subjective.

You acknowledge that AI responses are not guaranteed to be correct and should be interpreted cautiously.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Remove content
  • Restrict access

at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or misuse of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • LoveScope is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • Indy LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
  • Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
